Edwardian Natural Black Pearl, Blue Sapphire & Diamond Platinum Dinner Ring, Circa 1920

$1,200.00

Availability: In stock

A little Edwardian romance, already looking toward Art Deco.

Dating to the early 1920s, this beautifully detailed dinner ring captures that wonderful transition between the delicate ornament of the Edwardian period and the cleaner geometry that would define Art Deco after 1925.

At its center rests a natural round black pearl with intriguing pinkish charcoal-gray hues and a soft, luminous glow.

Four step-cut natural blue sapphires introduce crisp flashes of color, while a halo of old single-cut diamonds wraps the pearl in light.

The workmanship continues beneath the surface with an open undergallery, finely millgrained edges and graceful tulip-motif shoulders set with additional diamonds.

Elegant from across the room.

Even better when you get close.
