Victorian carved 18 kt yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring; fabulously featuring 3 cushion cut blue natural sapphires inter – spaced with two old European cut diamonds, further accented with round and rose cut diamond points (accent diamonds in the prongs between the gemstones).
