18 kt yellow gold cameo carved hard – stone pendant brooch; featuring a an oval greenish blue with white relief chalcedony (hard stone) bust of an elegant lady wearing a hat. Supported in a polished bezel with inter twining twisted rope border. Fitted with a hinged bale to convert to a pendant and a hinged pin with plunger safety clasp.
